Member Log In

Chamber Members, please go to https://pbcc.memberzone.org/a/MIC/Login to create a username and password for Member Hub. With this log in, you will be able to post jobs, pay your membership invoices, view job listings, register for events, and more.

How to Log In to Member Hub:

On the Chamber Website (parisbourbonchamber.com) you will see a page named “Member Log In”. Please click on the above link to Member Hub. From there, you will be asked your email, first name, and last name. Please enter all information and you will see a notification that an activation email has been sent to the email that you have provided. Please open the email and click on the link provided to activate your account. You will then create your username and password that you will use to access Member Hub. Welcome to Member Hub! With access to this page you will be able to pay your membership dues, post job listings, view other job listings, register for events, and view a directory of all of our Paris-Bourbon County Chamber of Commerce Members.

How to Edit your Contact Information:

Once you are logged into Member Hub, if you click on “My Info” under “Navigation” you will be directed to a page that lists all of your contact information. If you find that any information needs to be updated, please click on the pencil icon next to the information that needs to be corrected. After you have edited the information, please click “Done”. Before you leave the page please remember to click the “Save” button in the top, right hand corner of the page to save all changes you have made.

How to Post Job Listings:

Once you are logged into Member Hub, on the left hand side of the page, you will see “Additional Links”. Under “Additional Links” you will find “Jobs”. Please click on “Jobs” and you will be able to see all job listings that other Paris-Bourbon County Chamber of Commerce Members have posted. To add a job, please click on “Add+” in the top right corner of the page. From there you will be prompted to fill out a form about your job listing. When you have filled in all information regarding the job listing, click “Done” and you should be able to view your listing. Thank you!

How to Register for Events:

To register for events, once you are logged into Member Hub, you will see a list of events on the top, right corner of the page. Next to the event, you will see a blue box that says “Register”. Click on the “Register” box and from there you can view a description of the event as well as a description of the different registration fees we are offering. Please select the type of registration (sponsor, single player fee, group fee, etc.) You will then be asked for your credit card information or you may add your bank account. After entering your payment information please click “Pay Now” at the bottom, left hand corner of the page.

Another way to register for events is by clicking on the “Events” tab on the left hand side of the page in Member Hub under “Navigation”. Once you have clicked on the “Events” tab, you will be directed to a page with a list of our events. Click on the event’s name that you would like to read about or register for. To register for the event, click on the “Actions” button at the top of the page and you will see a drop down that says “Register”. You will then be prompted to fill out all necessary information. After entering your payment information, please click “Pay Now” at the bottom, left hand corner of the page.

How to Store your Credit Card or Bank in Member Hub:

If you would like to store your credit card to Member Hub for future membership fee payments or registration fees, we encourage you to do so! First, from the home page in Member Hub, you will click on “My Info” on the left hand side of the page underneath the “Navigations” tab. At the top of the page you will see the following tabs: “Contact Info”, “Membership”, “Accounts”, etc. Please click on the “Accounts” tab. On the “Accounts” page, you will see “Payment Profiles” with a “+” to the right of it. Please click on the “+” button. You will see a dropdown that says “Associate With”. If you are entering your business’ credit card information, please select your business. If this is your personal card that you may be using for registration fees, please select your name. Choose either “Bank” or “Credit Card” under the “Payment Profile” Dropdown and enter all necessary information. Click “Done”. Your bank/credit card is now saved and you will be able to choose this bank account/ credit card during future transactions.

Important Notice:

Everyone’s membership fees are set to be invoiced annually. If you prefer to pay your membership fee monthly, quarterly, or semiannually rather than annually please email dhamelback@parisky.com and cc dbekah@yahoo.com with subject “Membership Update” and we will make this change for you.
